Corrections first, everything else after. If we have published something wrong, we want to know before anyone else tells us.
Corrections
If you have spotted an error, please include the page, what is wrong, and if possible a source showing the correct figure. Material corrections are fixed and logged publicly on our corrections page. This is the fastest way to get our attention.
Story tips
Tips are welcome, particularly from people with direct operational knowledge of mining: hardware behaviour in the field, hosting practices, pool policies, and the gap between a specification sheet and reality.
Questions about our data
Most questions about where a number comes from are answered in our methodology, including the exact profitability formula and its limitations. If it does not answer yours, ask. We would rather explain a calculation than have you take it on trust.
Advertising and partnerships
See the advertise page for what we do and do not offer, then get in touch with the specifics.
What we cannot help with
We are a publication, not a financial service. We cannot give you financial or investment advice, tell you what to buy, recover lost funds, access a wallet, or resolve a dispute with an exchange or hardware vendor. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or exchange credentials, and anyone claiming to be us who does is committing fraud.
How to reach us
Write to the editorial desk at editor [at] cryptocurrencyminers.net. Please put “Correction” at the start of the subject line if that is what it is.
