Cryptocurrency Miners publishes under a collective byline: the Cryptocurrency Miners editorial desk. This page explains what that means and why we chose it.

The Cryptocurrency Miners editorial desk

Every article on this site carries the editorial desk byline. Behind it is a small team, with a human editor accountable for every published claim, every number and every correction.

Why a collective byline rather than named writers

The obvious move for a site in our position is to invent three or four authors, give them plausible biographies, attach stock photographs or AI-generated faces, and publish under those names. It looks more established. It is also a lie, and it is one of the most common forms of deception in crypto media.

We are not doing that. A fabricated expert is worse than no name at all, because it manufactures authority that nobody has earned. So we publish under an accurate collective name and let the work carry the weight: sourced claims, a published methodology, a public corrections log, and figures you can check against the public block explorers we cite.

If and when named journalists join this desk and consent to a public profile, they will appear here with genuine credentials and a real history you can verify. Until that is true, this page says so.

What the desk is accountable for

  • Every factual claim is sourced. Network figures trace to public block explorers; hardware specifications trace to manufacturers and public teardowns.
  • Every number is dated. Live data shows when it was last updated, and we say when a source is unavailable rather than filling the gap.
  • Every profitability figure is labelled an estimate with its assumptions stated.
  • Every error we find gets fixed and logged on the corrections page.
  • Editorial prose is written by people. We do not publish synthetic articles as though a person reported them.
